We are looking for a Regional Sales Training Lead to join our Sales team in Lagos State where progress, and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence.

Nurturing leads and delivering effective sales trainings, improve new Direct Sales Representatives’ (DSR) productivity, and support all sales activities across assigned region.

What's exciting about this role?

  • You will act as a custodian of DSR Onboarding Documentation- including being point persons for all audits

  • You will conduct On-boarding training ensuring proper execution of content delivery

  • You will uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, including ensuring the M-KOPA retail point standard and guidelines are adhered to.

  • Field Training - Teaching, demonstrating, coaching and supporting new DSRs in the field to hit their KPls

  • Reporting - Responsible for providing reports to management to enhance visibility on field operations.

  • You are to ensure NO DSRs are trained without having all required documents

  • Report writing

Expertise

Our expectations are that your CV reflects a rich blend of technical expertise and practical experience, positioning you as a valuable asset as a Regional Sales Training Lead

  • You are a B.Sc Holder or a Higher National Diploma Holder in any related field

  • You have 4 + years of training experience in Field-Sales and/or Capability Development related field e.g. Micro-finance or other financial services, mobile-money, FMCG or other Product/Service in Nigeria

  • You have excellent sales and negotiation skills

  • You have ability to motivate a wide array of people to perform.

  • You have planning, Organization, and Conflict-resolution skills

  • You have excellent Presentation, Communication, Coaching, and People Skills

  • You are great at leading a wide array of people to perform.

  • You have ability to work calmly under pressure.

  • You have a process-oriented mindset.

  • Recruiter call 30 mins - an introduction to the process and M-KOPA

  • Hiring Team call 45 mins - High level introductions with the hiring Team

  • Technical Assessment

  • Stakeholder interview 60 mins - This is where most of the magic happens.
