Deputy Regional Manager - Oyo State

We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Regional Manager to join our Sales team at M-KOPA as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
In this role, you will lead a team of M-KOPA sales supervisors, focusing on high-performance execution of sales targets, recruitment, and development of a thriving sales network. You will be integral to our mission of empowering lives by providing affordable, accessible products.
As a servant leader and coach, you wll take ownership of driving sales through hands-on leadership of field sales agents, supporting their growth with effective sales strategies, and ensuring adherence to M-KOPA’s standards.
You will strategize regional sales expansion, oversee KPI achievement, and ensure sales data integrity for insights that fuel our growth.
Your role will also involve fostering a customer-centric culture, aligning sales practices to uphold quality customer engagement, and championing continuous improvement in our operations.
Expertise
5+ years in sales, preferably in electronic device sales, FMCG, or financial services.
Proven ability to manage a network of field teams, supervise sales strategies, and demonstrate business acumen.
Skilled in customer relationship management, conflict resolution, and collaborative teamwork.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
