We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fraud Manager to lead our efforts in combating mobile phone fraud and hacking in Uganda.

This role is crucial in ensuring the security and integrity of our products, which not only benefit our customers but also their households, enabling children to access education and families to invest in businesses, thereby generating prosperity and covering essential expenses like education, food, and healthcare.

As a Fraud Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of consumer fraud risk management, from prevention to investigation and mitigation. You will lead a team of field investigators and data analysts, working closely with local law enforcement to address fraudulent activities. Your strong analytical and technical skills, combined with your network and prior experience with local police, will be essential in identifying and mitigating fraud risks.

With 1.7 million first-time mobile internet users and 62% of our customers using M-KOPA smartphones for income generation, your role will be pivotal in safeguarding our customers' digital and financial well-being.
