We are looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to join our Ghana leadership team as we scale our retail and warehouse operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the country.
As the Senior Manager, Operations, you will lead end-to-end operations excellence across our retail and warehouse functions—ensuring seamless customer experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability. You'll own the execution of customer-facing and support operations, serving as a key member of our Ghana leadership team reporting directly to the General Manager.
This role combines strategic operational leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to optimize processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive performance across our entire operational ecosystem. You'll be responsible for warehouse operations, retail performance, supply chain management, and team development—all while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Your ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive performance across multiple operational areas will be essential to success.

Expertise
We are looking for an accomplished operations leader with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred) and 6-8 years of operations experience with minimum 5 years in senior management roles—ideally with proven track record managing warehouse & retail operations.
You will bring:
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, customer-centric environments with proven operational excellence.
Strong expertise in warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics optimization.
Retail operations mastery with experience ensuring brand standards, commercial targets, and customer experience excellence.
ERP systems proficiency and experience with inventory management platforms and CRM tools.
Strong financial acumen with budget management experience and proven ability to optimize resource allocation.
Exceptional team leadership skills with track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities and attention to detail.
Stakeholder management excellence and outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels.
