SmartphonesRetailRetail Stock Controller

We are looking for a Stock Controller to join our team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

As a Stock Controller, you will be the backbone of our operations, making sure our customers always have access to the products they want. Working behind the scenes, you'll keep everything running smoothly and help ensure every customer gets exactly what they need, when they need it.

At M-KOPA, good stock management means happy customers and growing communities. You will make sure our stores are always ready to serve customers, handle returns properly, and keep our retail spaces looking great.

If you enjoy working with numbers, like staying organized, and want to be part of something that makes a real difference, this could be perfect for you.

You'll keep track of our stock by receiving products, checking quantities, and making sure everything is correct. You'll also help customers by assisting with product upgrades, answering questions, and solving problems when they arise.

Part of your role involves handling returns and managing products coming back to the warehouse, while also keeping our shops looking great by ensuring everything is clean, organized, and appealing to customers. You'll create reports to track daily activities and keep accurate records of all stock movements.

We need someone who is good with Excel and comfortable working with numbers, along with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things. Experience in customer service or stock management would be great, but we welcome any relevant experience you bring.

You should have a college diploma or degree in any field, along with good communication skills and enjoy working with people. Most importantly, you should be a team player who works well with others and is ready to contribute to our mission..
