What You'll Do:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting graduate to join our team as an intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reconciling accounts payable.

• Assist in processing payments and supplier invoices.

• Support monthly general ledger reconciliations including prepayments, accruals, and bank statements.

• Maintain financial records and assist in updating trackers for vendor payments and liquidity.

• Support the finance team in audits & tax filings.

• Participate in finance-related projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Assist with PO Raising, Receiving, and Invoicing.

Learning Opportunities

• Exposure to financial systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Excel).

• Understanding procure-to-pay workflows and internal controls.

• Hands-on experience with tax compliance and audit preparation.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including procurement and reporting.

What You'll Need:

• Recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting is a plus.
