Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting graduate to join our team as an intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting graduate to join our team as an intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, reporting, and analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reconciling accounts payable.
Assist in processing payments and supplier invoices.
Support monthly general ledger reconciliations including prepayments, accruals, and bank statements.
Maintain financial records and assist in updating trackers for vendor payments and liquidity.
Support the finance team in audits & tax filings.
Participate in finance-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
Assist with PO Raising, Receiving, and Invoicing.
Learning Opportunities
Exposure to financial systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Excel).
Understanding procure-to-pay workflows and internal controls.
Hands-on experience with tax compliance and audit preparation.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including procurement and reporting.
What You'll Need:
Recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting is a plus.
