We are looking for a Zoho CRM System Administrator to develop, improve, and maintain our Mobility Zoho CRM system as we scale our operations and drive EV adoption across our markets.

In this role, you would be responsible for:
Configuring and maintaining the Zoho CRM platform including modules, user setup, profiles, security controls, and workflow automation
Partnering with stakeholders to understand their challenges and workflows before implementing solutions
Designing and optimizing automated workflows, Blueprints, Deluge functions, and business logic to eliminate manual work
Creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Developing practical training materials and providing ongoing technical support to end-users
Ensuring data integrity, cleanliness, and security while implementing governance policies and quality standards
Managing integrations between Zoho CRM and other business systems including WebForms and internal tools
Planning and executing system updates from Staging to Production with minimal business disruption
Maintaining comprehensive documentation that explains not just what was built, but why

Monitoring system performance and implementing optimizations to ensure reliability at scale
This is a Hybrid role based in Kenya and if successful, you would be reporting to the Head of Technology at M-KOPA, Mobility.
Your application should demonstrate:
3+ years experience as a CRM System Administrator, preferably with Zoho CRM
Strong technical skills in CRM configuration, workflow automation, and system integration
Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, Blueprints, and advanced customization features
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with data management, governance, and quality assurance practices
Strong analytical skills with ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Experience with release management and deploying changes in production environments
Problem-solving mindset with genuine curiosity about user needs and business processes
Experience with API integrations and webhook configurations
Knowledge of data protection regulations and security best practices
Experience in fast-growing technology companies or fintech environments is highly desirable
