We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant (Provisioning) to join our Warehouse team in Lagos, Nigeria where progress, and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence.

Managing responsibilities from receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, you will be picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

What's exciting about this role?

  • You will receive all deliveries into the warehouse

  • You will manage order processing (shipping of orders on AX and EAB systems).

  • You will update all delivery trackers and assist in resolving all dispatch queries from the field.

  • You will manage daily posting of serials on Mkopanet before the stock reaches the FSMs/SEs

  • You will track all dispatches to ensure deliveries on time

  • You will ensure all provisioned phones are scanned, boxed, labelled, and moved to the appropriate racks in the warehouse.

  • You will maintain record of RFS (Ready for Sale) phones in the warehouse.

  • You will assist in dispatching process of stock from the warehouse to different locations.


Expertise

Our expectations are that your CV reflects a rich blend of technical expertise and practical experience, positioning you as a valuable asset as a Warehouse Assistant.

  • Diploma in Store /Warehouse management or Procurement.

  • You have two years’ work experience in a similar position

  • You are experienced in using inventory management system

  • You have excellent Presentation, Communication, Coaching, and People Skills.

  • You have a process-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
