Location: We are remote-first. This role can be based in most states in the US.

The Opportunity

Mosaic is seeking a Senior Manager, Restorations to lead our Restorations program, reporting into the Director Home Originations & Restorations. The team is tasked with bringing installed and financed solar energy systems through Final Completion (e.g. Permission to Operate). This position is responsible for managing the 3rd party installation suite of partners who fulfill these projects, as well as the in-house team who communicates with borrowers and troubleshoots issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage a network of installation partners who are responsible for bringing projects to Permission to Operation (PTO)
  • Implement vendor management and oversight framework with regular meetings and scorecard reviews to ensure installation partners are meeting obligations and performance standards
  • Develop and monitor a set of KPIs for the Restoration program to ensure your team and installation partners are performing
  • Ensure projects are moving efficiently and problem solving any issues that arise during the final installation phases
  • Manage a team of agents dedicated to communication with borrowers and ensuring borrower engagement
  • Interview, hire, onboard, and actively performance manage all talent
  • Continuously improve the customer experience through regular review of borrower communication effectiveness, call calibrations, and identifying opportunities to automate/streamline workflows
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and departmental quality and productivity standards

Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in construction management or installation project management, ideally within residential solar
  • Demonstrated experience handling financing for home improvement projects
  • Experience working with 3rd Party vendors (direct vendor management is a plus)
  • Track record of successfully managing a team, ideally as their direct supervisor
  • Strong background in utilizing metrics and analytics to drive better construction timelines and to deliver better customer service
  • Experience working directly with residential solar installers is a plus

Bonus Points

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment highly preferred; FinTech experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. The position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable commission or incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
